Florida Dreams Villa is located on Sunset Lakes, 5 minutes from Walt Disney Worlds Animal Kingdom and less then 10 minutes from Disney World, Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Set in a very peaceful location overlooking a beautiful lake, sunrise and sunset is what makes this villa very special.
Set over two floors, our villa accommodates up to 10 people. Whether it is a day at the parks or a day spent in the pool by the lake, Florida Dreams will not disappoint. With it’s South facing pool, enjoy a long day of sunshine sitting and relaxing overlooking the lake. Privacy glass on both sides giving you the comfort you need. If you like to sit in the shade, there is also plenty of this just outside the patio doors.
Our villa is well kept and updated on a regular basis, offering you everything you need to make this a holiday you will remember.
Living Room
Enjoy two wonderful Living/Family Rooms in our Villa. Both with large TV’s, cable//digital TV and DVD players.
There is also a separate Dining Area.
Kitchen Area
The Kitchen is stocked with everything you should need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There is no shortage of tableware, glasses, pots and pans. American style fridge freezer with filtered water, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a second bright, less formal dining area overlooking the lake.
Games Room
Enjoy a game of pool on our full size pool table or have fun with our arcade basketball, play alone or have a competition with your opponent.

This is a 5 bedroomed villa, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
Ground Floor Accommodation
Queen Bedroom: Queen bed a large Bedroom with TV, nightstands, dresser with mirror & walk in wardrobe. This bedroom overlooks the lake and patio doors take you straight onto the Deck.
Full and Twin Bedroom: This bedroom consists of a full bed, twin bed with a walk in wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Another Full Bathroom on this floor ~ (Toilet, walk in shower and wash hand basin) as well as a half bath ~ (Sink and wash hand basin)
Upstairs Accommodation
Master Bedroom: California King Bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake ~ Master Bedroom with digital TV, nightstands, chest of drawers and dresser with mirror. A huge full En–Suite Bathroom with garden tub, shower and his and hers sink.
Queen Bedroom: Queen bed in a large Bedroom with TV, nightstands, dresser with mirror & walk in wardrobe.
Princess Themed Twin Bedroom: Two twin beds in a large Bedroom with TV & DVD player,chest & walk in wardrobe.
Bathrooms: As well as the full en-suite in the Master Bedroom, we have a further full Bathroom on this floor. (Toilet, walk-in shower and wash hand basin in each)
