Terms & Conditions
All prices quoted are for the property per week and include all state and local taxes. £300 deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable £250 security deposit, falling due 10 weeks before departure.

Options & Extras
Pool heat is an extra £150 per week. Pool heating is recommended between October & April.

Additional information
We strongly recommend anyone planning a vacation to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation, emergency medical care and loss or damage to your posessions.

Sunset Lakes is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted on the pool deck and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. If any guest smokes in the house it will need to be deep cleaned.
